Your information, kept private

Dazzling Hearts only collects what it needs to answer you, make your bra or book your treatment. It is never sold or shared for marketing. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Dazzling Hearts is run by Marissa Stevens from 18 Etienne Le Roux Street, Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein, 9301. Marissa is responsible for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can reach her at hello@dazzlinghearts.co.za or 082 572 5634.

What we collect

• When you use a form on this website: your name, cellphone number, email address (if you give it), the topic you pick and your message.
• When you WhatsApp, call or email: the details you send.
• At a fitting: your measurements and any information you choose to share so your bra fits, such as whether it is for after a mastectomy. This is health information, so it is only collected with your consent and only used to make your bra.

How we use it

To reply to you, book your appointment, make and fit your bra, and keep your measurements on file so you can order again. We don’t use it for anything else.

Who else handles it

• Vercel hosts this website, passes form messages to our email and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• Google Maps shows the map on the contact page and may set its own cookies when it loads.
• WhatsApp handles messages you send us there, under its own privacy policy.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while we help you. Measurements are kept so you can re-order, until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by emailing hello@dazzlinghearts.co.za. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
